The new law (Senate Bill 1451), entering into effect on July 1st, 2024, greatly helps the process of obtaining a license in the US for physicians and surgeons educated outside of the USA! We collaborate with hospitals who are looking for doctors who have 3 years experience or more to come and practice in USA! This is currently now well know and could flood the hospitals soon. You must have successfully completed the United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE) Step 1 and Step 2. This new law is truly a revolution for International Medical Graduates (IMGs) interested in practicing medicine in the USA. Tennessee is the first state to adopt a law that will greatly facilitate the integration of IMGs into its medical system
ECFMG CERTIFICATION
The ECFMG Certification is essential to obtain your provisional license from the State of Tennessee when the new law (Senate Bill 1451) enters in effect on July 1st, 2024. You need to successfully complete the Clinical Skills Requirement and Communication Skills Requirement through ECFMG Pathways in order to become ECFMG certified.
VISA to USA
We help with H1Visa too, if you are eligible. Once your ECFMG Certification is completed, you are fully qualified to work in the US. The next step is to obtain the appropriate visa that allows you to work. This type of visa is the H-1B, which is sponsored by the hospital that will hire you. One of the main differences is the absence of limitations regarding the number of H-1B visas delivered, in contrast to typical visa processing in other states, which significantly limits the total number of visas delivered per year.
